5-Day Track (High Risk): 15 hrs/week → 12 months minimum

3-Day Track (Mod Risk): 9 hrs/week → 9 months minimum

2-Day Track (Low Risk): 6 hrs/week → 6 months minimum

Completion criteria: SOTIPS 50% reduction + PO approval + negative dischargepolygraph (if required).

Note: Add 3 months aftercare for all levels (monthly check-ins). Total commitment: 9-21 months
